My name is Pawel Zawislak.

I was born 27.10.1977 in Lodz, Poland.

At the age of 15 I participated in The National Scholarship Program. I acquired my drawing and painting skills at The Fine Arts High School (1992-1997) and later in The Wladyslaw Strzeminski Academy Of Fine Arts in Lodz (Faculty of Graphics and Painting). I graduated in 2002 with Master's degree and Diploma Cum Laude.

My drawing style combines realism, comic style with a little bit of social criticism and snearing character. My works range from children's books illustration and comics, commercial graphic design, through spicy satire or science-fiction drawings with more precise form as well.

I published in magazines (Playboy - December 2004), bulletines (Youth Culture, Wyzwolenie) and fanzines (Upright, Freedom). I made covers art for bands (Inflexible, Shackled Down), logos (Pan Kanapka, Smell Of Hell) and desings for clothing (4ball, Soul, Sally Cinnamon, Aquarell, Swiniopas, DNA, Youth Culture).

In private..
I'm a vegetarian straight edge.
I'm a bass player. Lousy, but I love 4 strings more than life. I played bass in two hardcore bands: Inflx and Blood Is The Harvest. I had also vocal epizode in Knockdown.
I'm a baskteball fan. In High School I had a nickname "Alonzo Mourning" (tribute to one of the greatest NBA shot blocker). My block record in one game is 20!
